Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Picker/Packer to join our bustling distribution center in St. Louis, Missouri. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction. This position involves navigating the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and ensuring all orders are meticulously assembled and packaged. We are committed to a safe work environment and provide comprehensive training on Safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE . This is a great chance to be part of a dynamic Logistics team.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all warehouse Safety rules, including proper Lifting and the use of provided PPE .
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and support our Logistics goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with hand scanners and basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment and warehouse Logistics .
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and diligent use of all required PPE .
