We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Tampa, Florida location. This leadership role is critical to overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and Safety. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Your responsibilities will include managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will play a key role in inventory management, loss prevention, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility. Implementing and enforcing Safety policies and procedures is a top priority, including ensuring all team members understand and utilize required PPE. This role requires the ability to manage operations involving significant physical activity, including overseeing tasks that require Lifting of heavy items. A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management is essential. You will work closely with upper management to develop strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction within the warehouse. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are a must.
