Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficient order fulfillment? We are hiring a Picker/Packer in Nashville, Tennessee, to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets and then carefully pack them for shipment. This position requires accuracy, speed, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be expected to meet picking and packing quotas while adhering to all company policies and Safety guidelines. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics procedures.
