Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and quality.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Support shipping and receiving functions as directed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse flow.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills.
