Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Regular tasks involving manual handling and substantial Lifting.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the overall logistics process.
- Teamwork and communication are essential for operational success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor setting is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles.
