*Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Roustabout Supervisor to oversee oilfield operations at our drilling sites. This leadership role requires a strong background in heavy equipment operation, pipeline management, and mechanical systems within the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of OSHA safety standards, construction site protocols, and operational best practices for horizontal drilling and rigging. As a key team leader, you will coordinate daily activities, ensure safety compliance, and support the efficient running of oilfield projects.
*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and coordinate daily operations of roustabouts and other field personnel on oil rigs and construction sites
* Oversee heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks to ensure safe and efficient handling of materials
* Manage pipeline installation, maintenance, and repair activities in compliance with industry standards
* Ensure all operations adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
* Assist with rigging, crane operation, and mechanical troubleshooting as needed
* Monitor equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance planning
* Coordinate with project managers to meet operational deadlines and optimize resource utilization
* Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for team members to promote a culture of safety and professionalism
*Experience*
* Proven experience working on oil rigs or in oil & gas construction environments
* Strong background in heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and tanker trucks
* Mechanical knowledge related to pipeline systems, horizontal drilling techniques, and rigging procedures
* Prior experience with OSHA regulations and construction site safety protocols
* Familiarity with the operation of oil & gas extraction equipment in both onshore and offshore settings
* Construction site experience including working with cranes, excavators, and other large machinery is highly desirable
* Valid driving license
* Knowledge of OSHA standards relevant to oilfield operations is essential
This role offers an opportunity to lead critical operations within the oilfield sector while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across all activities.
Pay: $62,033.96 - $94,707.00 per year
