We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. We are looking for a part time 2 year old teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various age groups. This role requires a strong commitment to the well-being and development of children, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need to thrive.
*Duties*
* Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Provide age-appropriate care for preschool-aged children and school aged children feeding, helping with bathroom, and teaching basic skills.
* Implement educational activities that promote childhood development and learning through play.
* Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and appropriate behavior management strategies.
* Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team environment focused on the children's needs.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the childcare space, adhering to health and safety standards.
*Requirements*
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Candidate will be required to obtain CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, Physical, Drug Screen, TB Test and other training required by State.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
