As the Manager of Functional Development for Supply Chain & Merchandising, you will operationalize the global functional development strategy by tailoring programs to the unique needs of supply, logistics, planning, and merchandising teams. You'll enable these functions to build the skills and capabilities required to deliver against growth targets, operational excellence, and guest-centric execution Meet Your Future Team:
The Retail Training team is in service of the business, supporting our scalable store growth and achievement of our goals. Retail Training creates best-in-class learning programs, supports implementation training, and delivers training that enables our business to operate effectively and scale for the future. Your role on the Retail Training team is key to our organization's growth and business maturity goals through supporting with training, our people to unleash their potential and build a high-performance culture. If you were in the Manager, Functional Development – Supply Chain & Merchandising role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Partnering with Supply Chain and Merchandising leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities

Adapting and delivering global capability frameworks into targeted training programs for operational and merchandising excellence

Building and managing learning solutions that strengthen analytical, operational, and market-facing skills

Coordinating with external vendors, facilitators, and SMEs to execute functional learning programs

Tracking and measuring program effectiveness, providing clear reporting to leaders

Supporting leaders in embedding functional development into team practices and performance goals

Acting as a bridge between the global Functional Development team and Supply Chain & Merchandising functions

Are you our next Manager, Functional Development – Supply Chain & Merchandising?

You are skilled at program design and delivery, with experience in supply chain, merchandising, or operational contexts

You are adept at simplifying complex frameworks into actionable solutions for teams

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder across technical and business functions

You are data- and outcome-focused, with the ability to connect training to operational KPIs

You are comfortable balancing global frameworks with functional execution needs
