Join our dynamic logistics team as a Picker/Packer in Fort Worth, Texas! We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our company's success, ensuring that our clients receive their products promptly and correctly. You will be responsible for reading order tickets, locating items within the warehouse, and preparing them for dispatch. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to Safety are essential. You must adhere to all company Safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and involves frequent Lifting and movement of goods. We value teamwork and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials.
- Verify order details and product quantities.
- Maintain an organized and clean packing station.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contribute to the overall logistics efficiency of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking/packing or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order forms.
- Manual dexterity for precise packing.
- Willingness to adhere to Safety standards and wear PPE.
- Capacity for moderate Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
- Reliable and punctual.
