Our growing company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral to the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and Safety. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, playing a key part in our logistics chain to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Put away stock into designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick items accurately and efficiently for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, applying labels and staging orders.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
