Join our vibrant team in Orlando, Florida, as an Inventory Clerk! This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that our inventory data is up-to-date and precise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and possesses strong analytical skills. - Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items.
- Organize and label inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Support the logistics team by ensuring inventory data accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using WMS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and logistics best practices.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
