We are seeking a certified and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Tampa, Florida. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in our warehouse. You will be maneuvering in narrow aisles and working at heights, requiring a high level of skill, precision, and safety consciousness. Accurate put-away and retrieval of inventory are paramount to maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting our logistics operations. This position demands a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE and adherence to all operational guidelines. The ability to perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues promptly is essential. While your primary focus will be operating the reach truck, you may be required to assist with other warehouse duties as needed, which could involve some manual lifting.
