You will be picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, working with efficiency and precision. Key responsibilities include using handheld scanners, accurately locating products, and ensuring all orders are correctly packaged. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment, so adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality goals.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and shipping documents.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning devices.
- Must be capable of physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Awareness of safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
