*About the Role*
As a Physical Therapist at Carlson ProCare, you’ll deliver individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive private practice environment. You’ll work within a 30-minute treatment model with built-in flexibility, supporting clinical judgment and patient complexity.
Our care model emphasizes consistency, collaboration, and efficiency, supported by Prompt EMR with AI-assisted scribing, allowing you to spend less time documenting and more time focused on patient care.
New graduates and experienced clinicians alike are supported through structured onboarding and mentorship, including dedicated support for new graduates, along with clear opportunities for professional growth.
_Day-to-day Includes:_
* Provide individualized, evidence-based care across a diverse orthopedic and neuro caseload with a strong focus on functional strength and movement
* Collaborate with fellow clinicians, aides, and care coordinators
* Work alongside clinical support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care
* Complete timely, compliant documentation
* Participate in mentorship, journal club, and other professional development opportunities

*About You*
_We’d love to hear from you if you bring the following:_
* DPT or MPT from a CAPTE-accredited program
* Active or eligible Connecticut Physical Therapy license
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
* A collaborative, values-driven approach to patient care and teamwork
Pay: From $85,000.00 per hour
