Come join our growing team! We are seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC Installer will work in various settings, including 85% residential installation, 10% new construction, and some 5% light commercial work. *Duties*
* Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency and longevity
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on HVAC systems.
* Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
* Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs/replacements.
*Skills*
* Proficient in field service operations related to HVAC systems.
* Experience with troubleshooting various HVAC components.
* Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
* Familiarity with plumbing related to HVAC installations and repairs.
* Understanding of refrigeration principles and boiler operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
