We are hiring a motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that goods are received, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, unloading and loading trucks, and preparing outgoing shipments according to established procedures. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. You must be comfortable with frequent lifting and the operation of warehouse equipment. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). You will work closely with our inventory management team to ensure that all incoming and outgoing stock is recorded correctly. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will interact with drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
