We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers' orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, assembling orders, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. A critical aspect of this job is maintaining accuracy and speed to meet our service level agreements. Your commitment to safety , including the proper use of PPE , is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods and regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders safely and efficiently, ensuring products are well-protected during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Process and prepare orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Perform duties requiring moderate lifting and physical dexterity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order fulfillment instructions.
- Capability for consistent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse and logistics operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
