We are seeking dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will handle a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount. This position involves significant manual labor, including frequent lifting and movement of goods. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are crucial. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain optimal workflow and meet daily targets. Responsibilities include receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and promptly. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Perform inventory counts and record discrepancies.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various warehouse tasks to support overall logistics flow.
- Must be comfortable with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
