We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from warehouse shelves and packing them securely for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed are crucial for maintaining efficient operations within our logistics facility. Key responsibilities include reading order slips, locating and retrieving the correct products, verifying quantities, and preparing items for dispatch. You must adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear the required PPE at all times. This position involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting and prolonged standing. Experience with hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, organized, and possess a strong work ethic.
