Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
    
•    Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and food safety.
    
•    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    
•    Maintain inventory levels, oversee ordering, and control waste and food cost.
    
•    Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Staff Leadership & Development
    
•    Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff.
    
•    Create weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage and labor cost control.
    
•    Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational goals.
    
•    Conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement.
Customer Service
    
•    Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times.
    
•    Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
    
•    Monitor service quality and respond to feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Financial Management
    
•    Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive sales growth.
    
•    Monitor labor, food, and operational costs to meet financial targets.
    
•    Implement strategies to increase revenue and control expenses.
Marketing & Community Engagement
    
•    Assist with local marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
    
•    Build strong community relationships to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications
Required
    
•    3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
    
•    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    
•    Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial reporting, and food safety standards.
    
•    Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
    
•    Experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining.
    
•    Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe).
