Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our pastry program and ensuring proper service and skills in the kitchen.

  • Maintain daily pastry production, including spinning gelatos and maintaining clean station standards.
  • Develop new menu items for seasonal offerings and contribute to menu innovation.
  • Learng traditional Italian desserts, including gelatos, focaccia, cakes, chocolate work, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of pastry production.
  • Work closely with our Executive Pastry Chef to develop and implement new menu items.
  • Learn traditional Italian desserts and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in pastry production.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for long periods and take constructive criticisms.
  • Good food and dessert knowledge with a desire to learn about authentic Italian cuisine.
  • Team player willing to help others when needed.
