Culinary Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers.

• Mise en Place: Prepare all ingredients and tools needed for food preparation.
• Service Delivery: Receive and fulfill ticket orders from the kitchen team in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cooking Techniques: Execute assigned station dishes to meet culinary standards, including grilling, sautéing, pasta cooking, and vegetable-focused preparations.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Family Meal Preparation: Assist with preparing meals for staff during service hours.
• Station Cleaning: Clean and sanitize your workstation at the end of service.
• Team Support: Assist new team members with training and onboarding processes.
