We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy logistics facility in Tampa, Florida! This dynamic role is central to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked from inventory and expertly packed for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for reading order sheets, locating products within the warehouse, and preparing items for dispatch. Attention to detail and speed are critical for success. You will also be responsible for quality control, ensuring that items are packed securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit. Adherence to all safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Experience with warehouse operations and a basic understanding of logistics are beneficial. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
