We are actively seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to fill Picker/Packer positions in our Raleigh, North Carolina distribution center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include carefully selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order requests, inspecting them for quality, and meticulously packaging them for safe transit. This position requires you to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of accuracy. You will utilize scanning equipment to manage inventory and order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product identity and quantity against order details.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Package products securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding warehouse area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
