We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient service and possess the dedication to deliver high quality care. *Responsibilities:*
* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients with various conditions
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
* Stay updated on the latest developments in occupational therapy practices
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
*Qualifications:*
* Must have a current OT license
* Valid BLS certification
* Minimum 1-2 years of OT experience (home health experience preferred)
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Adequate hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques
* Engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and occasional lifting or turning of patients
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
