A well-established *independent pharmacy* in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Retail Pharmacist with strong clinical experience and a patient-focused approach. This role offers steady daytime hours, a single fixed location, and no travel — ideal for pharmacists who want consistency and a professional environment without corporate churn.
*Responsibilities*
* Accurately verify, dispense, and counsel on prescriptions
* Provide clear, patient-centered medication guidance
* Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy regulations
* Support and oversee pharmacy technicians within established workflows
* Review and resolve insurance and billing issues as they arise
* Maintain organized, secure inventory and proper medication storage
* Uphold all documentation, QA, and operational standards of the pharmacy
*Requirements*
* Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing
* *3+ years of retail or community pharmacy experience*
* Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills
* Comfortable working within defined SOPs and structured workflows
* Reliable, professional, and able to maintain accuracy in a steady work environment
