Are you a creative, dynamic, and passionate Early Years Educator looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Atelier Nursery, Bath, is seeking a *Baby Room Lead Practitioner* to join our exceptional team and provide outstanding care and education to our youngest children.

*The Role*
As the Baby Room Lead Practitioner, you’ll lead a team in delivering exceptional care and learning opportunities for babies aged under two years. This role combines leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

* Hold at least a *Level 3 Early Years qualification* and have extensive experience working with babies and young children within the EYFS framework.

To thrive in your role we ask that you:
· Have a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
· Be experienced in working in a nursery environment.

Atelier Nursery is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the children, staff and volunteers attending the setting and all positions will be offered subject to an enhanced DBS and suitable references being obtained.
