*Riverside Home Health Care and Hospice *is a Medicare-certified agency seeking experienced and caring part-time or full-time *Registered Nurses (RN)* for our *Home Health*division in greater *Jackson and Josephine County, Oregon.*

*Essential Duties*
* Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
* Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
* Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers
* Full-time Monday through Friday with flexible schedules to aid in work/life balance
* On-call rotation required
* Supervise LPN and CNA staff
*Requirements and Qualifications*
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
* Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
* Current BLS certification from AHA
* Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
* _\*\*Part-time applicants without Home Health or Hospice experience should be willing to consider full-time availability for training. _
