Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including sorting, stocking, picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of performing manual tasks including significant Lifting, and committed to maintaining a secure and organized workspace. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that products reach their destinations efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and internal requisitions.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and other transport vehicles.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear required PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting.
