We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory records and ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our facility. Your responsibilities will include tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, verifying shipments, and resolving discrepancies. A strong emphasis on Safety is expected, and adherence to all PPE requirements is mandatory. While this role primarily focuses on administrative and organizational tasks, occasional Lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required to access or move items. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Perform regular cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Track the movement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory items.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and use appropriate PPE .
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse and Logistics teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory role.
- Proficiency with WMS or other inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform occasional Lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
