Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly packaged.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and proper use of PPE .
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
