Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to locate and verify products.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily picking performance targets.
- Assist with inventory control tasks as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and logistics flow.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
