Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in Richmond, Virginia, and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This hands-on role requires energy, accuracy, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing directly to the success of our Logistics operations.   • Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment and order lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
  • Process returned items and update inventory records.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including Safety protocols and the correct usage of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
  • Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics principles.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to follow Safety procedures diligently.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
