We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. This critical role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from picking items to packing and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics. We maintain a strong focus on Safety and expect all team members to actively participate in maintaining a secure work environment. This position involves consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, and significant lifting throughout your shift. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory shipments.
- Accurately pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Print shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Follow all Safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
This position requires frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We prioritize Safety, and proper lifting techniques are essential. Contribute to our efficient logistics by ensuring every order is perfect.
