Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse personnel.
- Manage inventory levels, implement cycle counting procedures, and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to the team.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet goals.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of safety procedures and best practices, including PPE requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software.
