We are looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This involves navigating the warehouse, identifying correct items, and ensuring they are prepared for the next stage of the shipping process. Precision and speed are key, as you will contribute directly to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high service levels. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment where adherence to Safety guidelines and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are strictly enforced. The role requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of products, up to a specified weight limit. Responsibilities:
- Select and retrieve specified products from warehouse shelves according to order sheets.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity before moving to packing stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to a supervisor.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity targets.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the logistics operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of Safety protocols and willingness to use PPE.
