This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain and preventing discrepancies. You will work closely with warehouse management, receiving, and shipping departments to reconcile inventory levels, investigate stock issues, and implement process improvements. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems is essential. Your attention to detail will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions.
  • Assist with the organization and layout of inventory.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proper use of required PPE is mandatory.
  • Willingness to perform tasks involving moderate lifting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
