Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials.
- Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Perform any other material handling tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment operations.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
