We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about the warehouse environment and looking to grow their careers in logistics. You will work closely with other team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment targets. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner and order sheets.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
