Job Summary:
Join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring that our products are managed efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate manual and powered material handling equipment, as trained.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
