Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or scanner systems.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, selecting the correct packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
