We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art distribution facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing inventory for shipment, all while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided if needed) to move and manage inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
