We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and then securely packaging them for shipment. Your attention to detail will be key to ensuring order accuracy and quality. This position is a vital component of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily targets. Essential duties include navigating the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and preparing products for shipment, all while adhering to strict safety protocols and utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, handle items with care, and perform tasks involving lifting up to 30 lbs.
