Join our team as a Material Handler in sunny Jacksonville, Florida! We are looking for proactive individuals to assist with the efficient handling of materials within our busy warehouse. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations and ensures the smooth flow of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately loading and unloading materials from transport vehicles.
- Moving products to and from storage areas and production lines.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks responsibly.
- Maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
- Ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborating with other team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
- A strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Team player mentality with strong communication skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to punctuality.
