Job Summary:
Become a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington, and play a vital role in getting products to our customers efficiently. This position is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, involving the precise picking, packing, and staging of orders. We need individuals who are reliable, energetic, and committed to upholding our high standards of service and Safety . You will be part of a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are paramount. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Label packages for shipment.
  • Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
  • Conduct quality control checks on picked and packed items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including PPE usage and safe work practices.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
  • Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
  • Capability of Lifting items up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse Logistics is beneficial.
  • A commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety .
  • Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
