Join our innovative logistics team in San Jose, California, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for locating products in the warehouse, using scanning equipment, assembling orders, and preparing them for delivery. You will work closely with inventory management systems and contribute to maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all team members are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety guidelines diligently. This role involves significant walking, standing, and occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be comfortable working with technology, and possess excellent organizational skills.
