Join our dynamic warehouse team in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Ensuring the Safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount, and strict adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of PPE is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage and prepare orders for shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned to support Logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to following all PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with Logistics is beneficial.
- Must be available for various shifts as required.
