We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity throughout the warehouse.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to the use of appropriate PPE by all team members.
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of all goods to maintain inventory integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and improvements.
- Manage occasional heavy lifting and ensure safe manual handling practices.
