Are you a diligent and efficient individual looking for a Picker/Packer role in Fort Worth, Texas? Our dynamic logistics team is seeking individuals to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Conduct quality checks on picked items and packed orders.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all operational and Safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock counts and replenishment.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and Logistics .
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read order lists and accurately identify products.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting .
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
- Understanding of basic warehouse and Logistics operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
