Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for reliable individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders in our busy distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include selecting items from inventory, verifying order accuracy, and packaging them for shipment. This role is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring timely and correct delivery to our valued customers. If you possess strong attention to detail and enjoy an active work environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately identify and pick products based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
  • Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Pack orders efficiently, seal, and label them for shipping.
  • Maintain an organized and clutter-free workstation.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Follow all established Safety guidelines and procedures within the warehouse.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily shipping goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift, involving standing, walking, and bending.
  • Capability of Lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Must wear company-provided PPE , such as safety shoes and vests.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
